We do not attempt to replace or override the role of management but rather act as a catalyst to change through communicating strong, clear messages about industry best practice. Our goal is to provide clients with a process that stimulates lasting change within the culture of the organisation.

All our programmes are tailored to best suit the company with whom we are working. Our training seminars are not an “off the shelf” set of fixed courses but rather consist of flexible, custom-made, suite of products, which are based around sound training research and theory.

These programmes can then in turn be blended together to meet the individual training scenario requirements at that present stage in the company’s life cycle. With any organisation our recommended solution proposes an integrated approach including:

  1. Assessment - of current competencies including:
    - In field research
    - Needs assessment of current competencies across the organisation.
  2. Intervention – specific training events aimed at up skilling participants to demonstrate desired competencies.
  3. Coaching – a coaching programme for managers that is specifically structured to ensure ongoing reinforcement and traction.
  4. Measurement – at all levels of learning, including financial measures, utilising principles from the Kirkpatrick model (Evaluating Training Programs: The Four Levels, 1998).
  5. Reinforcement – to drive a culture of “the way we do things around here” based upon consolidation of desired behaviours and skills.
