Through our key personnel, Team Performance International brings experience in business management, sales management and instructional design, providing dedicated and personalised attention to our client base.

Paul Bonomy – Paul has 20 years in corporate Australia including KPMG, MLC, Citibank, Diners Club, with specific experience in accounting, call centre management, operations management, sales management (to Director level). Paul has delivered training in all areas of sales in customer-focussed organisations. Clients with whom Paul works closely utilise his skills in discussions around sales strategy, as well as delivery in business related disciplines from general management through to retail assistant level.

During the last three years Paul has facilitated learning across a number of organisations including BOC (MCE, PGS, IP etc), Freehills (Partner and Senior Associate level), Ernst & Young (Partner, Director and Manager level), Pfizer Consumer Health (Pharmacy Representative level).
