Team Performance International translate the strategy of an organisation into what people need to do. We build behavioural change and management tools and processes to ensure the change is sustainable.

We deliver this change by developing business partners and focus on the whole process of change rather than discrete training events. The cornerstone to our process is the development of proven methodologies with tools to support their implementation and follow-up at all levels in an organisation.

We insist that all results are measured, including our own, so as to reinforce the value of the interventions. If for any reason you as a client are not satisfied with the learning outcomes of any programme, we will offer a total refund for performance measures not attained. While we are proud of the fact that we have never had to deliver on this guarantee, its commitment gives you a no risk option at the beginning the project.

We are also willing to share the cost of investment in a training programme with a client in return for a share in increased profits resulting form the delivery of any programme. This cost sharing agreement requires transparency of measures and provides a no risk option for both parties.
